Two years running: Why being a Best Place to Work still means everything to us
We’re proud to share that Sleek has once again been recognised in both The Sunday Times’ and Campaign’s Best Places to Work lists for the second year in a row.
While the business has grown over the past few years, our focus has remained the same - building a culture where people feel supported, trusted and able to do their best work. Growth has brought exciting new clients, greater challenge and incredible opportunity, but we’ve been intentional about protecting what makes Sleek feel like Sleek.
For us, culture is not a standalone initiative. It’s how we hire, how we lead, how we develop people and how we show up for each other day to day. And we see every day that a strong culture directly translates into better thinking, stronger collaboration and better client outcomes.
Being recognised again this year is something we’re really proud of, but more importantly it reflects the consistency and care the team brings to our work every day.
As Sleek continues to grow, our priority remains building a business that enables our clients and our colleagues to thrive and feel part of something they’re proud of.
And that’s something we never want to take for granted.
