Sleek Strengthens Senior Leadership Team with Three Strategic Appointments

Independent Experience Partner, Sleek Events has appointed three new senior leaders as the agency continues to invest in its people, client experience and long-term sustainable growth.

Joining the business are Steve Wilson as Chief Operating Officer, Tracy Reis as Head of People & Culture and Layla Lemahieu Agha as Head of Client Experience.

The appointments reflect Sleek’s continued evolution as the business expands in the UK and internationally, with a focus on strengthening the leadership, infrastructure and culture needed to support both its growing client base and internal team. Having grown 84% over the past three years, the agency is investing in experienced talent to ensure it can continue delivering the calibre of work for which it is recognised, while creating an environment in which colleagues can thrive.

Wilson joins in the newly created COO role, working alongside Managing Director, Josie Klafkowska, to strengthen operational delivery across the business. He brings more than 30 years of experience across the technology and events sectors and joins from Event Concept, where he served as COO following his time on the Executive Board.

Commenting on his appointment, Wilson said:

“What attracted me to Sleek was the culture - fast-moving, curious, creative and deeply committed to delivering client success. In my role as COO, I’m focused on strengthening the systems and structure that enable our teams to thrive and carry Sleek confidently into its next chapter.”

Reis joins after supporting Sleek on a consultancy basis in recent months, where she has played a key role in these senior hires. With over 30 years of experience across a diverse range of sectors - including technology, travel and corporate hospitality, and creative agencies, she is known for creating positive, high-performing cultures where strong engagement naturally drives results. At Sleek she will focus on developing and supporting talent and culture as the business grows internationally.

Reis added:

“Engaged, supported individuals are the foundation of every successful business, and I'm excited to continue the work of building an environment at Sleek where people genuinely want to stay, grow, and do their best work.”

Finally, Layla Lemahieu Agha joins as Head of Client Experience, having spent over 25 years at the heart of the events industry - including senior roles at Avantgarde and Wasserman, where she served as Head of Client Services. She joins most recently from MCM Creative. At Sleek, she will focus on deepening client relationships, leading and scaling the client experience team, and supporting new business development.

Lemahieu Agha commented:

“Clients increasingly need partners who combine creativity with consistency, agility and collaboration. Sleek has built a brilliant reputation for delivering impactful experiences while staying close to both its clients and teams, and I’m excited to help strengthen those relationships and help shape the next stage of growth.”

Founded in 2013 by CEO, Jennifer Davidson, Sleek Events has become one of the fastest-growing independent experience agencies in the UK, producing large-scale global events and experiences for some of the world’s biggest technology companies, alongside leading luxury automotive and consumer brands. The agency recently delivered AWS London Summit at Excel London, attracting more than 20,000 attendees and was named in both Campaign UK and The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026.
