Rapid7 is a global Cyber Security company; creating a more secure digital future via world-class solutions. Rapid7 empowers security professionals to manage risk and eliminate threats across the entire digital landscape. Sleek has worked with this customer since 2020 and steadily expanded our scope of responsibility with them across global regions by building trust and delivering to an exceptional standard.
WHAT.
Sleek seeks to partner with customers we can grow with. We are selective in our client roster and prioritize forming long-standing relationships built on trust with dynamic brands. Our capabilities as a full-service marketing agency are often best demonstrated within this framework; as we build trust with the customer we are called upon to provide a greater range of services with an increasingly wider scope of responsibility.
Our valued customer, Rapid7 is a perfect example of growing with a client. Our relationship started in 2020 when Sleek was commissioned to provide ongoing support to the UK&I division when they exhibited at third-party events. In addition, we also delivered a range of diverse services including event research and logistics.
In the present day Sleek now consistently delivers a vast range of services to multiple Rapid7 divisions - including the Middle East, Africa, France, Nordics and Benelux - and we communicate directly with key contacts for each of these regions. Our expansion of responsibility across the brand is simply due to recommendations and referrals.
HOW.
At Sleek, we always think strategically; this starts with deeply understanding our customers' aims and objectives for both the task at hand and across the long term. Immersing ourselves in a client’s team, culture and style of working enables us to nurture long-standing relationships and build trust. In addition, we strive to be both agile and flexible as an agency and always view the project from our customer’s perspective. With Rapid7 we are proud to have used these principles to build a fantastic working relationship with both the brand as a whole and key individuals.
Sleek hosts weekly calls with key teams to ensure we are all aligned on the aims and objectives for current projects in hand and to provide updates.
A retainer tracker is provided to allow the customer to view work allocations and budgeting. Sleek offers full financial visibility to our clients, including supplier costs, and all savings are passed directly to the customer. This approach is vital to building trust and sharing responsibility.
Sleek is fully integrated with Rapid7’s culture and systems meaning we can operate seamlessly as an extension of their team both online and in person.
When it comes to individual working relationships between Rapid7 and Sleek, there is genuine camaraderie and trust. This is invaluable and has led to our scope of work not only increasing in scale but growing across multiple regions within this global brand.
Sleek seeks to be as agile as possible when working alongside our customers; this can include making the impossible happen, such as transporting items for events across continents in the space of two days (during a bank holiday!) or arranging first-class catering service within hours of it being requested.
In addition to our wide scope of ongoing support services, Sleek arranges private events and dinners for Rapid7 plus we have also delivered a winter escape incentive in Morzine, France. Sleek designed the competition, promoted it across a six-month period and hosted the prize of an unforgettable weekend skiing in the French Alpine town.
As a full-service agency with an in-house creative team, we seek to deliver unique, memorable experiences for our clients and their customers. Our most recent work has been the project management, and delivery of the Rapid7 stand at Infosec 2023. Sleek had managed its presence at this event in 2022 and the success of the project meant it wished to increase its presence the following year. We are especially proud of this work for the customer as they requested a stand that represented their UK offices - which are noted for their neighbourhood community feel and vibrant, energetic design that draws people in - and both Sleek & Rapid7 were incredibly pleased with the result.
THE RESULT
This is exactly how Sleek seeks to work, by building trust and nurturing relationships with select customers. Our partnership with Rapid7 began with a service retainer within a single region in 2020 and today it has evolved to cover six key global areas and includes a wide range of Sleek’s services. Our team genuinely enjoy working with this exciting and dynamic brand and their hard work is continually rewarded with exceptional feedback from the Rapid7 team.
