Real ambition.
Real support.
A real team.

The ambition is real. So are the expectations. And so is the support.

You’ll be set up to succeed from day one, working alongside some of the most talented people in the industry - people who value your growth as much as they value their own. You’ll be encouraged to bring ideas, challenge thinking and make your mark.

We come from different backgrounds and think in different ways. What makes us Sleek is shared values, mutual respect, and a genuine belief in one another.

Lunch at your desk isn’t how we do things. We eat together, we laugh, and we make space for the moments that make work somewhere you genuinely want to be.

From wellness initiatives, to away days and celebrating the big wins, we create balance that allows people to thrive both inside and outside of Sleek.

You’ll be challenged here. You’ll also be deeply supported. We’ve never seen those as opposites.

The work is exceptional.
The people make it possible.

The moments that define your career never happen by accident. They come when you’re given the freedom to be bold, the space to explore your curiosity, and the opportunity to achieve more than you ever imagined. That’s the heart of Sleek.

Every year, our team delivers some of the world’s most ambitious events and experiences across the globe. Behind every success is a team that supports one another, celebrates achievements, and builds something remarkable together.

We want every person at Sleek to understand the impact they have, feel proud of the contribution they make, and share in the success they help create. Success here is collective.

People first. Always.

In 2013, Jennifer Davidson founded Sleek on a simple belief: you can build something world-class without compromising on the people at its heart.

Delivering exceptional client experiences has always mattered. Just as important has been creating a place where people can truly develop, grow, and surprise themselves with what they’re capable of - both individually and collectively - while feeling genuinely supported along the way.

Thirteen years on, that belief still shapes everything we do. Sleek remains independent, and Jen continues to champion it every day - not because she has to, but because she chooses to.

Sleek has been named one of the UK’s Best Places to Work by both Campaign and The Sunday Times two years in a row, most recently in 2026. In 2025, it was also ranked #21 in The Sunday Times Fastest Growing Private Companies list and recognised in the Business Leader Growth 500.

These achievements don’t happen despite caring about people. They happen because of it.

This is where careers are built.

You’ll spend a huge part of your life at work. It should be spent doing something meaningful, with people you enjoy being around, in an environment designed to help you deliver the best work of your career.

Your voice matters.

Your growth matters.

If you’re looking for a team that will support you, challenge you, and help you achieve more than you thought possible, we’d love to hear from you.

Office by Design.
Flexible by Nature

At Sleek, our culture is our foundation. It drives our energy, creativity, and the work we produce. We believe that physical time together is where trust is built and relationships thrive. And time to focus, where needed, reflects modern working practices.

  • Office days: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday are anchor days for collaboration (especially for client and project work), connection and team energy

  • Optional home days: Wednesday and Friday - these days are for focus (especially Wednesday, where a no meeting approach is encouraged)

  • Core hours: you can choose, day to day, which 7.5 hours + lunch you work each day from one location (core hours 10:00 – 16:00)

Our goal is to create an environment where people can be the best version of themselves, together.

Team Sleek benefits

  • An additional day’s holiday off for each year of service (up to a maximum 3 extra days)

  • If your birthday falls on a weekday, take the day off on us - you deserve to celebrate!

  • On the last Friday of each month, we finish early at 15:00.

  • A charity day to volunteer for something that matters to you.

  • Class Pass or gym contribution

  • Physical and mental health schemes

What to expect in an interview

Firstly, we expect applicants from all groups of society. If there is anything you need to adjust the indicative process below, please email Georgie or Tracy (they’re real people - not anonymous inboxes!) on georgina@sleekevents.com or tracy.reis@sleekevents.com.

1. Virtual "getting to know each other" call: a relaxed conversation where we can learn about your background, experience, and what interests you about joining Sleek. You'll also have the opportunity to hear about the company, the team, and the role.

2. First interview: At Sleek, we believe great teams are built on shared values, strong collaboration, and growth potential. Our first face-to-face is designed to help us understand you as a person - your motivations, working style, and what matters most to you - while giving you the chance to see whether Sleek feels like the right fit for you. We care deeply about values, mindset, and how people collaborate, alongside their skills and experience. The conversation will focus on who you are, what drives you, and how you approach your work.

3. Second interview: Focuses on the technical aspects of the role through practical, real-world scenarios relevant to the work you'd be doing at Sleek. We're not simply looking for perfect answers - we're interested in how you think, structure your approach, communicate your reasoning, and solve problems in unfamiliar situations.

Additional stages:

C-Suite / Board level coffee: depending on the seniority of the role, you may meet our most senior colleagues.
