Databricks Data + AI World Tour London 2025

Bringing together more than 1,750 members of the global data and AI community, the London edition of the Databricks Data + AI World Tour  was designed to showcase innovation at every touchpoint. Sleek created the visual framework for the event, developing creative that guided attendees through a rich programme of keynotes, demonstrations, networking opportunities and hands-on experiences while maintaining a cohesive brand presence across the venue.

Working across environmental graphics, digital content and spatial branding, the team developed a comprehensive visual identity spanning registration, keynote spaces, executive forums and the exhibition floor. Large format graphics, wayfinding systems and immersive scenic elements transformed ExCeL London into a cohesive Databricks brand environment, helping attendees navigate intuitively between experiences. Carefully considered window vinyl installations extended the visual identity throughout key spaces while filtering natural light to create atmosphere, demonstrating how graphic design can shape both perception and experience.

Through a combination of bold visual design, environmental branding and cohesive storytelling, Sleek created an experience that felt engaging, intuitive and unmistakably Databricks. The creative approach transformed a complex and multi-space venue into a cohesive and highly navigable experience, strengthening brand recognition and creating a deeper connection between attendees and the Databricks vision.
